Palenque Licensing Ltd., Co. (“we” or “us”) maintains the Websites for your use and information on behalf of itself, and our affiliates and related companies. The Information We Collect.

At the Taco Palenque Websites you can do a wide variety of things, including obtaining information about our restaurants and menu, leaving comments and enter promotions. The types of personally identifiable information (i.e. information that can directly identify you or indicate where you might be contacted) that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, age, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and information about your interests in and use of our various menu items. Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This prepaid gift card can be used in participating restaurants operating as Taco Palenque, Pollo Palenque and Palenque Grill. These gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, they cannot be returned after purchase or replaced if lost or stolen.
